Services Provided
Outpatient Therapy
Our outpatient therapy sessions work to solve current problems and improve positive thinking and behavior. We will help you “re-frame” your reactions and provide you with valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles. We are confident you’ll find our personalized Individual and Family Therapy beneficial and inspirational. Outpatient therapy is currently provided via Telehealth.
Community Support Team (CST)
CST provides direct support to adults with a diagnosis of mental illness, substance use, or comorbid disorder and who have complex and extensive treatment needs. This service consists of community-based mental health and substance use services, and structured rehabilitative interventions intended to increase and restore a beneficiary’s ability to live successfully in the community. The team approach involves structured, face-to-face therapeutic interventions that assist in reestablishing the beneficiary’s community roles related to the following life domains: emotional, behavioral, social, safety, housing, medical and health, educational, vocational, and legal.
State funds shall cover Community Support Team services for eligible individuals who are 18 years of age and older. Eligible individuals shall be enrolled with the LME-MCO on or prior to the date of service. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
Intensive In-Home (IIH)
IIH is a team approach to address the identified needs of
children/adolescents who, due to serious and chronic
symptoms of an emotional, behavioral or substance
use(SU) disorder, are unable to maintain stability in the
community without intensive intervention. IIH is a timelimited, intensive child and family intervention.
• IIH operates 24/7/365.
• IIH providers are first responders for crisis situations.
• IIH is predominately home-based.

Peer Support Services (PSS)
Peer Support Services are an evidence-based mental health model of care which consists of a qualified Peer Support Provider who assists adults with their recovery from mental illness and substance abuse disorders. Our services promote the achievement, improvement, and development of rehabilitative skills needed to move forward in recovery.
State funds shall cover Peer Support Services for eligible individuals who are 18 years of age and older. Eligible individuals shall be enrolled with the LME-MCO on or prior to the date of service. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
Medication Management
Medication management is the process of working with a licensed prescriber to ensure that your psychiatric medications are effective and safe as possible. Services include evaluations, prescribing medications, changing and adjusting medication, and monitoring through follow up visits. This service is provided in addition to outpatient therapy and other enhanced behavioral health services.
